I have over 25 years of experience in the mortgage business and have helped people with all kinds of mortgage needs across Ontario, from first time buyers and homeowners to self employed clients, investors and rental property owners.

I specialize in construction, reverse, alternative and private mortgages, but I am here for the straightforward mortgages too.

What matters to me is understanding what you need and making sure you know your options. I have the support of a dedicated team lead and underwriting team, along with direct access to lenders, their underwriters and BDMs.  This gives me the experience and resources to work through the details and find a way forward when a mortgage is not straightforward.
